Tattooshka is a Ukrainian e-commerce business that sells temporary tattoos to consumers. They used to rely solely on promotional advertising on Instagram to generate sales. Their aim was to expand their sales and automate the order process by building a sales funnel.

Situation Analysis:

Before working with Kim Romanov, Tattooshka was dependent on promotional advertising on Instagram to drive sales. However, they realized they needed to expand their sales sources and automate the process of receiving orders. They needed to build a sales funnel and work with their existing customer base to generate more revenue.

Objectives:

The primary objective was to launch sales on the website and increase revenue beyond promotional advertising on Instagram. They also aimed to automate the order process and build a sales funnel to increase revenue. 

Strategy:

Kim Romanov implemented a comprehensive strategy to help Tattooshka achieve its objectives. She tested pixels, site event tracking, and uploaded product catalogs to Facebook to increase sales. She tested a Lookalike (LAL) audience against the customer base, customer base with a large check, segmented men and women, LALs who write in direct correspondence, direct interests, and indirect interests, and tested them to a wide audience. She also made separate creatives for men and women and changed layouts whose audiences burned out. She retargeted warm audiences of those who subscribed to the Instagram profile to attract them to Instagram through the “Promote” button. She also connected dynamic retargeting and worked with a loyal Instagram audience. All the nuances were discussed on personal calls with the client.
