Introduction:
As a digital marketing agency, we worked with Victoria Boutique, an e-commerce store in Ukraine that specializes in oversized women’s clothing. The goal of the project was to increase sales and requests to chat on the website, and we achieved this through Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Victoria Boutique is an e-commerce store that specializes in oversized women’s clothing. The company is based in Ukraine and operates on a dropshipping model. The website features a wide variety of clothing categories, including dresses, tops, pants, and accessories.
Situation Analysis:
Victoria Boutique approached us with the goal of increasing their sales and requests to chat on the website. At the beginning of the project, the company had a limited advertising budget and was not achieving significant results through their existing marketing efforts.
Objectives:
Our objective was to increase the number of leads and purchases on Victoria Boutique’s website through Facebook and Instagram advertising. We also aimed to increase the number of requests to chat on the website, which would allow the company to engage with potential customers and provide personalized support.
Strategy:
To achieve our objectives, we implemented a comprehensive advertising strategy that included the following tactics:
- Launched the client’s website on Tilda and installed Facebook Pixel to track events and upload the product catalog to Facebook.
- Focused on conversion and purchase goals, and implemented dynamic retargeting to increase conversions.
- Tested various audience interests, including direct interests like “clothes of large sizes” and “women’s clothing,” as well as indirect interests like “cookery-recipes.”
- Utilized a CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization) structure to allocate the budget effectively between ad groups.
- Increased the daily budget up to $500 during the active season and utilized galleries with popular models.
- Worked with multiple business managers and several pages with different product categories to increase exposure.
Implementation:
During the six-month collaboration, we implemented the following tactics:
- Installed Facebook Pixel and tracking events on the client’s website.
- Uploaded the product catalog to Facebook and set up the necessary tracking.
- Focused on conversion and purchase goals, and implemented dynamic retargeting to increase conversions.
- Tested various audience interests to broaden the range of potential customers.
- Utilized a CBO structure to allocate the budget effectively between ad groups.
- Increased the daily budget during the active season and utilized galleries with popular models.
- Worked with multiple business managers and several pages with different product categories to increase exposure.
