Company Overview:

Whereisunderwear is an online store that specializes in selling underwear, pajamas, and swimwear.

Cooperating from October 2021 until February 2022

Situation Analysis:

Before collaborating with Kim Romanov, Whereisunderwear was not getting any sales from their Instagram and Facebook Ads. They were spending money on advertising but not seeing any return on investment. Their sales were previously going well with promoting Instagram posts, but that was not the case anymore.

Objectives:

The main objective of the project was to increase sales through the website by optimizing their Facebook and Instagram Ads.

Strategy:

Kim Romanov’s team started by gathering audiences for retargeting and testing similar audiences, but these efforts were not yielding significant results. They then selected the top product categories for the test, comparing them with what was selling well in offline stores. During the tests, the pajamas category was identified as the sales driver, later followed by the home apparel category. Dynamic retargeting worked well for those who viewed the product card and added items to cart. The team worked on creating galleries of the top-performing creatives with sales hits in retargeting to the audience of site visitors for 30 days and interacting with the Instagram profile for a couple of months.

Kim worked with an average budget of $1,500 – $2,000 per month from October 2021 to February 2022. He focused on promoting the top-performing product categories, and dynamic retargeting was used for users who showed interest in the product.
