Trend Collection is a men’s clothing store based in Ukraine that sells its products online. The company collaborated with digital marketer Kim Romanov from March 2021 to December 2022 to increase its online sales through advertising on social networks. Company Overview:

Trend Collection is a B2B men’s clothing store that specializes in selling high-quality clothing online. The company aims to provide its customers with fashionable and affordable clothing options that are designed to fit perfectly.

Situation Analysis:

When Trend Collection first started working with Kim Romanov, the tracking events on the site were not set up correctly, and there were no transfer of additional parameters, such as item id. This prevented dynamic retargeting from being utilized effectively. The company’s primary goal was to increase online sales through advertising on social networks.

Objectives:

The objective of the project was to generate new orders from the site through advertising on social networks. The target was to achieve a high return on ad spend (ROAS) and increase revenue.

Strategy:

To achieve the objectives, Kim Romanov developed a comprehensive strategy that included the following:

  • Writing detailed terms of reference for the developers to track events, the terms of reference to develop a catalog for the in-house development site.
  • Testing conversion goals on purchases, with the goal of purchases via catalog.
  • Implementing dynamic retargeting, which had a purchase price three times lower than the cold audience.
  • Trying LAL audiences per customer base, broad, by audience interest.
  • Using the “sales by catalogs” target for a broad audience, which worked well from time to time.
  • Focusing on the “conversions” target for direct interests, which was working well at the moment.
  • Creating layouts that featured selections from the top sales, depending on demand and the season.
  • Implementing a one-click checkout option on the site and ensuring that a good portion of customers left phone numbers.
  • Dealing with a blocking of the business manager and creating a backup account.
  • Contacting Facebook support to address fake orders and receiving information on how to avoid them.
